Return Policy

Pet won’t eat the great new food you bought? Did something go wrong with your order? We made our return policy as painless as possible to compliment your shopping experience!

If there is a problem with your order and you would like to initiate a return, please reach out to us via email at orders@redridgepetmarket.com. Send us an email with your order number, as well as what we can help you make right with your order! You can also give us a call at 1-855-400-7795.

We take returns up to 30 days past the delivery date for the order, so you have plenty of time to inspect your products and see what is and isn’t working for you!

The Process

Once you have reached out to us about the return we can move forward in one of two ways: 

1) Bring your items back to our store.

We are located at 2276 John Rolfe Parkway, Richmond, VA 23233! Bring your items into the store and we can finish the return process by either refunding the total amount for the products purchased to the card used to place the order, putting that amount on a RedRidge Pet Market gift card, or swapping those items out for you should they be defective.

2)  Ship the items back to us

Once your return has been approved over email or phone, purchase a shipping label with the carrier of your choice and send the products right back to us! Once we receive the items, we can then move to refund the total amount for the products purchased to the card used to place the order. Just make sure the address on your shipping label matches the one provided below!

In either case, remember the amount refunded will be equivalent to the total of the products purchased, not including taxes or shipping fees.
