RedRidge Pet Market is seeking passionate and dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Associates to join our family-owned and operated pet store in Richmond, Virginia.

As a cornerstone of our team, you’ll help provide exceptional service and natural products to our valued customers and their beloved pets.

Position: Full-Time/Part-Time Sales Associate

Location: 2276 John Rolfe Parkway, Richmond, VA 23233

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Assist customers in selecting natural pet foods, treats, and  supplies
    •    Maintain store cleanliness and organization
    •    Restock shelves
    •    Process sales transactions accurately
    •    Stay informed about our products to provide knowledgeable     recommendations

Qualifications:
    •    Previous retail experience preferred
    •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    •    Passion for animals and their well-being
    •    Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
